Frequently asked questions
How much will I earn?
Every offer shows its amount before you accept it. Conakry's pay rates, with a minimum per trip, will be published when sign-ups open.
How am I paid?
Your earnings build up in the app and you withdraw them to your registered mobile money account. Cash collected from customers is paid back at the hub or by mobile money.
Do I have to work full time?
No. You go online and offline freely, as your time allows.
What if something goes wrong during a trip?
The Sily team can be reached from the app. In danger, the SOS button alerts the team and your emergency contact at once, with your position.
